After working with Paul and the Pinnacle Group to renovate two of our bathrooms, we knew, without a doubt, that we had found the right person and company to embark upon a much larger renovation. Key issues in our decision making were ability and flexibility to "make" ideas work, a firm timeline, professional trades and fair pricing.

Armed with many ideas and even more requirements, we asked Paul and his team to help us formulate and execute a plan. Paul started on the date he promised and finished on the date he predicted. This in itself made such a large renovation, often a huge barrier in anyone's decision, much easier to live through. Paul always expects only the best work from his trades and his hands on approach ensures only the very best in quality and workmanship in the finished product. Throughout and since the completion of the renovation, we felt very comfortable addressing any issues with Paul, always being considered fairly and with respect.

Based on our recent experience with Pinnacle Renovations, my husband and I heartily recommend them to family and friends. At the outset of our large project, the design staff distinguished themselves by providing us with an innovative floor plan that was both exciting and responsive to our needs.

Once the renovation began, our project manager was a fountain of information and support. Regardless of the issue at hand, Barry provided instant and seemingly effortless solutions.
