Calgary Bathroom Renovations Team Starts Framing for Chinook Park Home
Calgary, Alberta (December 26, 2013) – Pinnacle Group recently announced that framing is underway for a complete home renovation project they are working on in the beautiful Chinook Park neighbourhood. The company, which also performs room specific renovations such as kitchen, basement and bathroom renovations in Calgary, provides updates and pictures of the building taking shape on their Facebook page.
Pinnacle Group is proud of how the renovation is coming along, stating that the project sets a new precedent in that community for a design theme that matches the ‘feel’ of the neighbourhood. The project, covering 3,500 square feet of developed floor space, involves adding two complete floors to the left and the right of the existing structure. The renovation is meant to create a family home that will be responsive to the needs of the client family through the years. In the initial Design Discovery Process, Pinnacle worked with the client to determine exactly how they want to feel and live in their residence.
The project also features a kitchen and dining nook that seamlessly transitions into an outside courtyard. Moreover, the house will feature a grand gable, as well as a magnificent front foyer and two-storey-high fireplace to greet guests. Pinnacle Group and their client also discussed building a second-storey slide and secret room for the kids, as the company believes in allowing homeowners to dream of renovations without reservation.
To help the family finance the project, Pinnacle Group provided solutions through their network of financial advisors, who helped the family finance the project with the least amount of tax implications and without having to touch their investments.
The company hopes to open the project for a Pre-build Tour in mid-February 2014. Time lapse photos of the project will also be made available through the website, where the company maintains galleries of previous work.
