What Can You Expect for $350 in Our Grand Designs Package?
STEP 1: Visualization
You provide us with photos and blueprints of your home to help us visualize the space(s) you’d want to renovate; either in person or virtual sharing via Skype or Zoom! Optionally, you could also take us on a virtual tour of your home.
NOTE: If you don’t have current blueprints for your home, we can help you retrieve them from City Permit office or our inhouse resources.
STEP 2: Consultation
We schedule a design consultation in person or virtual meeting to review your vision, design opportunities, structural requirements, budget considerations and a review of the interior design palette you are most attracted to.
Then we get to work on creating your inspiration & design package!
STEP 3: Presentation
Design concepts and the exciting ‘Design Reveal’ will be presented either via Skype or Zoom or on our boardroom Big Screen TV! We will focus on 3D modelling, but will also include an Inspiration Collage so you can see the ideas and textures in color photos extracted from our inspiration resources!
