Our recent Renovation Seminar on November 3rd at the Metropolitan Grill, hosted by BMO, Sotheby’s, Pinnacle Group and Phase One Design was a huge success! All 60 spots were registered and we have a significant waiting list so we will most definitely be hosting a second seminar.

Pinnacle’s presentation focused on providing attendees with tips on how to ensure a successful Renovation, how to decide to Renovate or Relocate and how to control the investment outcome of a Renovation.
There was an incredible amount of information passed on to attendees such as BMO’s Renovation Return On Investment (ROI) Report which provided the following information. Did you know you can increase your property resale value by the following percentages with these Renovations:
- Painting: 300%
- Kitchen Remodeling: 68%-200%
- Bathroom Addition/Remodeling: 80-130%
- Window/Door Replacement: 50-90%
- Deck Improvement/Expansion: 65-90%
