You pay a premium price with Pinnacle, but it is money well spent, and they deal with issues professionally.

The renovation with the Pinnacle Group was a great experience! What I liked is that Pinnacle Group's renovation consultant, Bal, and all the Pinnacle staff took great interest in my project. The impact is that I felt valued as a person.The biggest value experienced was the collaborative approach of the Pinnacle Group Team. We could all make suggestions, listen to options and then make a decision that made the most sense. We worked together to find the best solution. Their site supervisor, Shane, informed me of what trades would come the next day. Their communication was extremely helpful. They stuck to the schedule and budget. I generally knew what I wanted but there were times I didn't know the path to proceed. It was guidance and suggestions of Robin, Pinnacle designer, that got us where we are. One of the key parts of the project was putting in an ensuite and I hadn't had one before. I didn't know how to make it happen, but Robin came up with a good design. I am not sure I could have done it without Robin. Both bathrooms have new custom cabinets. Whenever I got into a project of this magnitude I am concerned about cost, but as we were going through the process it was very clear that quality was maybe the most important thing for me. What also helped is that I was getting work done in a professional and cooperative manner. Part of what was ensuring the quality was the SCC Guarantee and the management of the project. I quickly got over the overall cost as it became clear that I had hired a good company who would deliver what we designed and take us smoothly to the end. We are really happy with the result.

I found the owner of Pinnacle Group, Paul, to be excellent to deal with. I have already referred him and Pinnacle to others because the design is great and aligns with what we want. They do good work and are willing to commit to a completion date. No one else out there is willing to do that. If their company is so confident that they will commit to a date, then I am confident enough to work with them. It wasn't right on but it was close, and that is all that matters to me. Pinnacle's designer, Jami, is great to work with. She listened and understood what we wanted. She has a great vision and understands the options. We just signed up with Pinnacle Group again yesterday to do more work. My experience with Pinnacle is that they are the best; they are fast, efficient and do very good work.

She thinks functionally and from an ‘aging in place’ perspective. We have a future proof design. When there were hiccups, Paul and his project manager immediately took responsibility and communicated a resolution plan. The finished product is better than anything that we have seen or were expecting. The Pinnacle staff made it so we could trust them and have faith they would get it all done. They were patient and would explain everything. They were also open to moving things or making changes for us. Pinnacle did an outstanding job. We can tell by the feedback from our family and friends how impressed they are.

They explained things in a way I could understand and would resolve any concerns I had during the process. We recommend Pinnacle for the quality of workmanship, their timelines, and good communication. When I recommend them to my friends and neighbors, I tell them you have to pay for quality. We ended up renovating the whole house and got our money’s worth.

Most days we spend a lot of time in our ensuite. Our ensuite and the time we spent in it used to be a real energy drain for us, but now it is so much more livable and enjoyable.

We liked the personalities of Paul, Pinnacle Group’s owner, Brennan, their site supervisor, and Jami, their designer, as well as attending the Pinnacle open houses. We wanted an established company because we were having a load-bearing post removed and needed to make sure the company was legit. We value the quality of the reno and working with Jami.
